Standard shipping for in-stock items typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
Do you offer a warranty on your home products?
Yes, all Leccio furniture pieces come with a limited 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled condition. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view your order status by logging into your Leccio account.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is core to Leccio. We prioritize FSC-certified woods, recycled textiles, and low-VOC finishes to ensure your home is as healthy as it is beautiful.
Do you provide assembly services?
Many of our larger items include an optional White Glove Delivery service, which features room-of-choice placement, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
